Using HousePlanCraft
By using the website or the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. HousePlanCraft is free to use; there is no paid plan.
Your account
Some features, like saving and exporting plans, need a free account. Keep your password private and tell us at support@josentity.com if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time, as described in the privacy policy.
Your plans
The plans you draw are yours. We store them only so we can show them back to you on the website and in the app. If you share a 3D model by public link, anyone who has that link can view it until you make it private or delete it.
Fair use
Please don't use HousePlanCraft to break the law, to upload content you have no right to share, to attack or overload the service, or to scrape it or access other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
Layout guidance, not professional advice
Plans, room sizes, setbacks and Vastu notes on this site are general guidance for planning a layout. They are not architectural, structural, engineering or legal advice, and they don't account for your local building bye-laws, soil, structure or services. Before you build, have your plan prepared or checked by a licensed professional and approved by your local authority. Vastu content describes a traditional convention and is offered for information only.
Availability
We work to keep HousePlanCraft running and your plans safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own exports of plans that matter to you. Features may change or be removed over time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, HousePlanCraft is not liable for any loss arising from using the service or relying on its plans or guidance, including construction costs or delays.
Donations
Buying us a coffee is voluntary and is not payment for any feature — everything stays free whether you donate or not. Payments are processed by Razorpay. If you were charged by mistake, write to us with the payment details.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use HousePlanCraft after a change means you accept the new terms.
