Reporting a problem
It helps a lot to include:
- the page you were on (for example the floor plan maker or the 3D view),
- what you did and what you expected to happen,
- your device and browser (for example "Android phone, Chrome"), and
- a screenshot or an exported plan (JSON), if you have one.
Your account and data
To delete your account and every plan in it, use Account → Delete account in the app or on the website, or go straight to delete your account (sign-in needed). What we store and why is in the privacy policy.
